1. Informational & Diagnostic Scope
AudioSolver provides browser-based diagnostic utilities and technical guides designed to assist users in identifying common software, configuration, and hardware symptoms.
Our automated measurements, spectral analyses, and guidance recommendations are screening estimations derived from standard web platform APIs. They do not constitute accredited laboratory acoustic certification, authorized hardware warranty inspection, or factory repair service.
2. Acoustic Moisture Displacement & Cleaning Disclaimers
The Water Eject and Speaker Cleaner tools utilize low-frequency acoustic resonance (optimized near 165 Hz) and sound-pressure waves to facilitate moisture expulsion and dislodge loose dust from exterior speaker grilles.
Technical Limitations: Acoustic ejection cannot repair internal electronic liquid damage, reverse corrosion, or extract liquid that has breached waterproof acoustic seals.
Device Safety: Users must always adhere to their manufacturer’s official drying guidelines. Never expose wet electronics to artificial heat sources (such as ovens or hair dryers), do not insert sharp objects or cotton swabs into speaker ports, and do not use compressed air. AudioSolver assumes no liability for pre-existing liquid damage, hardware failure, or improper physical maintenance.
3. Audio Safety & Hearing Protection
Users are solely responsible for setting safe and comfortable listening levels on their playback hardware. Generated test signals (including continuous sine sweeps, frequency isolation tones, and noise profiles) must be started at conservative volume levels.
Do not place transducers operating at high volumes directly against the ear. Immediately stop any test if sound is uncomfortable or causing auditory fatigue.
4. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
All original diagnostic algorithms, interface designs, visual layouts, and editorial documentation are the intellectual property of AudioSolver. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, or redistribute our tools for commercial resale or unauthorized automated query services.
5. Third-Party Widget & Embed License
AudioSolver grants webmasters, digital publications, educational platforms, and tech repair guides a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to embed designated interactive audio widgets (accessible via our embed routes) within external websites.
Attribution Requirements: All embedded widgets must preserve the default canonical source link, brand watermark, and secure sandbox parameters without obstruction, cloaking, or programmatic removal. Widgets may not be bundled into malicious software or redistributed as standalone commercial applications.
6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
AudioSolver is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AudioSolver, its creators, and contributors disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our tools or reliance on our troubleshooting guidance.
